Our recruitment process consists of a series of psychological tests, including interviews :

• The test measures each individual's intelligence and personality
• Intelligence measurement covers general intelligence, analytical, logical, comprehension, creativity, and numerical
• Personality assessment covers patterns of social adjustment, emotional stability, decision making process, leadership skill, and ability to manage stress.
• Professional/technical test will be given for certain positions. Through 2001, we have recruited 70,000 employees originating from several provinces in Indonesia to work in Batam and Bintan Island, as well as other major cities in Indonesia
