The Limited Liability Company, (Persero) Dana Tabungan dan Asuransi Pegawai Negeri - Savings Fund and Insurance Program for Civil Servant (TASPEN) that is established based on Government Regulation No.26 Year 1981 concerning the Transformation from Public Corporation of Savings Fund and Insurance Program for Civil Servant to The Limited Liability Company (State Gazete Year 1981 No.38), based on Act No.11 Year 1969 concerning Pension for Employee and Employe’s widow/ widower ( State Gazete Year 1969 No.42, Supplement to State Gazete No.2906), Act No.8 Year 1974 concerning the Principles of Employment (State Gazete Year 1974 No.55, Supplement to State Gazete No.3014) as having been changed with Act No.43 Year 1999 (State Gazete Year 1999 No.169, Supplement to State Gazete No.3890), and Government Regulation No.25 Year 1981concerning Social Insurance for Civil Servants ( State gazette Year 1981 No.37, Supplement to State Gazete No.3200);

The Limited Liability Company, (Persero) Asuransi Sosial Angkatan Bersenjata Republik Indonesia – Social Insurance Program for Indonesian Armed Force (ASABRI) that is established with the Government Regulation No.68 Year 1991 concerning Transformation form Public Corporation of Social Insurance Program for Indonesian Armed Force to Limited Liability Company (Persero) (State Gazete Year 1991 No.88)

The Limited Liability Company, (Persero) Asuransi Kesehatan Indonesia – Indonesia’s Health Insurance (ASKES), that is established with Government regulation No.6 Year 1992 concerning Transformation from Public Corporation (Perum) of Husada Bhakti to Limited Liability Company (Persero) (State Gazete Year 1992 No.16);

Any provisions, which regulate Social Security Agency aforesaid in subsection (1), shall be adjusted with this Act at least 5 (five) years since this Act is promulgated.
