CHAPTER VIII

TRANSTIONAL PROVISIONS

Article 16

Employment Agreement Definite Period, which is made based on Regulation of Minister of Manpower Number PER-06/MEN/1985 concerning Protection for Daily Freelance Employee, Regulation of Minster of Manpower Number PER-02/MEN/1993 concerning Employment Agreement for Definite Period and Regulation of Minister of Manpower Number PER-05/MEN/1995 concerning Employment Agreement for Definite Period in Oil and Natural Gas Mining Enterprise, still remains effective until the expiry of the Employment Agreement Definite Period.

CHAPTER IX

CLOSING PROVISIONS

Article 17

By stipulating this Ministerial Decree, thus, Regulation of Minister of Manpower Number PER-06/MEN/1985 concerning the Protection for Daily Freelance Employee, Regulation of Minster of Manpower Number PER-02/MEN/1993 concerning Employment Agreement for Definite Period and Employment Agreement for Definite Period in Oil and Natural Gas Mining Enterprise, shall herewith be declared null and void .

This act shall be effective upon the date of its promulgation.
